I went in to try the Tuesday special of a double smash burger and a beer. The ESB and Hazy beers I tried were delicious and the service was on point. The burger looked impressive in size but that's because it wasn't a smash burger. It had the uniform shape and texture of a pre-formed frozen burger patties. The patties have no sear and it's assembled on a grocery store style Kaiser bun that melts away instantly. It might be an acceptable amount of food for the price but it's really below restaurant quality. It tastes like home cooking or cafeteria food.

We had a great time at White Labs Brewing Co. The space has a laid-back, welcoming vibe, and the team made us feel right at home from the start. Super nice place. Honestly being regular "tourist " in Asheville this was the only place near downtown with full tables. The Hot Hog pizza is memorable, beers great . Matt, our waiter was SO fun, personable with great knowledge and recommendations. Sienna..love... mixology talent! Great creative style! Food is good, beer good and atmosphere good. A little hike from downtown but shortcuts are good...

Super cool brewery. Great selection of brews at an affordable price. Great service at the bar and from the wait staff. We tried a couple small bites from the menu as well to go with our beers which were definitely worth it. The way they explained the majority of their business coming from yeast culture sales to other small businesses was truly fascinating. Worth checking out for sure!

Stopped in for a visit and was impressed across the board. They offer several gluten-reduced beer options, plus plenty of take-home choices if you want to bring a few favorites home. The pizza was solid, and the service from Matt stood out—attentive, quick, and genuinely helpful. The outdoor seating area is a strong draw: spacious, comfortable, and a great place to relax. Overall, the place has a laid-back, welcoming vibe that makes it easy to stay longer than you planned. Great stop. Top Fav Now!!!
